  + Configuration file MP3Info.ini can now reside in the same directory as MP3INFO.WDX itself or in the directory where WINCMD.INI is. If neither exists it will be created beside WINCMD.INI.

 - Ooops! The changes introduced in v1.7 caused WMA files to be treated like MP3 files...
 + Always check for changes to MP3Info.INI now, was only on startup and with USER fields before.
 * Extended DBfile path checking. Starting with '.' or just a file/path means relative, starting with "X:" or '/' or '\' means absolute path.

+ String field are now dynamic (reduces cache-entry size)
+ Using database to minimize access times (see docs)
+ Using hash values in cache to speed up file search
- Comment fields for ID3v1 fields were processed erroneously

+ Added separate numeric and string fields for "Year", "Track" and "Genre" to allow i.e. Year "2000-2003" or Track "17/20"
+ Added separate numeric fields for all other applicable fields also to allow for numeric comparision in SearchPatterns
* VBR is returned as 999kBps in numeric BitRate.
+ Added playing length calculation
* Renamed some multiple choice fields and field names !!
+ Added new templates to "SampleRate"
+ Added API calls ContentStopGetValue and ContentGetDefaultSortOrder

+ Added limited support for WMA files
+ Made the whole program thread-safe
+ Added support for ft_delayed and ft_ondemand fields (VBR calculation)

- Erroneous truncation of trailing zeroes in "SampleRate" corrected.
