Description

Yet another new program for changing icon sets for Total Commander. It lets you view the icons included in a set (both 16x16 and 32x32) and save individual icons. In addition, you can modify individual icons in the sets, so Total Commander .ICL Toolkit is also a tool for creating your own icon sets.
