This plugin can create, edit, remove environment variables easily. It contains three folders: System, Current user and Current proccess (TC). The child process (TC) inherits the environment variables of its parent process. If you run TC from command line you can show enviroment variables from command proccessor.

Full Name Launcher 1.0

The program get parameter and convert it from short (8.3) to long file format.
It can need if launched application, like BSPlayer show file name on title. If
drag&drop file to Total Commander tool bar button, application run with short name
parameter. This tool can fix it.
